If you have one or more fingerprints registered on your device, you can use the fingerprint authentication feature.
Simply sign into the mobile app using your user name, password and CVV. If you are not immediately prompted to enable fingerprint authentication, then select the menu icon in the top right corner. Select Touch ID or Fingerprint Authentication, then select the turn on indicator.
No. Your device stores the information it needs to recognize your fingerprint. The PREMIER Bankcard app use's your device's functionality to recognize your fingerprint when you sign on.
PREMIER Bankcard does not store your fingerprint, nor do we have access to any information associated with your fingerprint.
You may request a copy of your credit card agreements by logging into your online account and selecting the Submit Inquiry link under the Account Services menu. Please ensure the correct account is selected in the drop down and tap New Inquiry. This will create an entry form for you to select the type of inquiry (Other), enter the description of your inquiry (Ex: Send me a copy of my credit card agreements) and then select the Submit Inquiry button. You may also request a copy by calling Customer Service at 1-800-987-5521.
If your account has been charged off, you may request a copy of your credit card agreement in writing to First PREMIER Bank, PO Box 5524, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5524 or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-987-5521.
